Tabitha is a seasoned executive search and talent acquisition leader with deep expertise across Financial Services and Technology. She specializes in partnering with organizations to solve complex hiring challenges through customer centric, and data-driven, insight-led strategies.

Her approach blends strategic vision with operational rigor, grounded in real-time market intelligence. With a focus on executive search, recruiting strategy, organizational diagnostics, and tailored talent solutions, she also helps companies elevate their talent acquisition capabilities and build high-performing teams.

She’s held leadership roles at Amazon Advertising, JPMorgan Chase, and Merrill Lynch, driving executive and specialized recruiting across critical functions—Technology, Finance, Risk, Audit, Legal & Compliance, Treasury, the Chief Investment Office, and Equities. With a strong foundation in both global corporations and top-tier search firms (including Whitehead Mann, now part of Korn Ferry), Tabitha delivers sharp, market-informed solutions that fuel real business impact.

She holds a master’s degree from The New School and a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University.
